Returns & Exchanges Policy

Buybyy.com and most sellers on Buybyy.com offer returns and exchanges for items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you need to return an item, please contact us here to submit your request.

1. Restocking fee

2. A return of your purchase is permitted only when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:

a. The goods received are wrong, damaged, or faulty.

We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong, damaged, or faulty items. Includes these cases:

• The product doesn’t match the description on the website: wrong items, wrong material, wrong size.
• The product received is torn, dirty, wet, and hairy fabric.
• The product received has visible defects with the print, blurred, or out of place.
• Products are damaged, with peeled prints after the first wash.

b. Wrong-size items.

We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong size of product. Specifically, these products have wrong measurements compared to the product’s size guide (a difference of over 1.5″ from standard product measurements).

c. The goods received are non-fitting items.

We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive non-fitting items. Please be advised that, in this case, only t-shirts and tank tops are eligible for returns and exchanges.

d. The package received is wrong, damaged, or faulty due to the shipping process.

We guarantee to assist with cases where customers receive the wrong, damaged, or faulty items due to the shipping process. Please double-check the package carefully when receiving your orders. If you find the products wrong, defective, or damaged, please return them to the courier immediately or contact Buybyy within 30 days of delivery for a short response and support.

3. Products that are eligible for the return policy.

• Products meet the eligibility criteria for support listed above.
• Products that have no sign of being used, have the neck label intact, and are packaged in the original package.
• Products are requested for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

4. Product return process.

Please make sure your product is eligible for the return policy at Buybyy.com.

Steps for returning products:

1. Contact us and clarify the issue with the products.
2. If you need to return/exchange products, send us an email at [email protected].
3. When you contact us, please provide us with the following information:

• Provide order information to confirm the order.
• Provide photos of the packaging label.
• Photos of the items clearly show the damaged, wrong, or faulty part that is different from the description on the website.
• Photos that clearly show the actual measurements of the items: width and length (if you receive the wrong size items).
• Provide information about the item that you want to be sent.

*NOTE: For orders that have multiple items, please provide photos/videos of the products that are put side by side on a flat surface.

4. Verify items meet the return requirements of Buybyy.

5. After confirming that your products are eligible for our exchange/return policy, you will receive a refund or a replacement sent to your address within 7 business days. You do not need to send the package back.

*NOTE:

Products returned without our verification are ineligible for support. We wish you sympathy.

You will only receive a replacement that has the same or a higher price than the returned item. (Please pay an extra cost if the exchanged products have a higher price.).
