Cancel/Change Order

You have 6 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, shipping address).Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel or make changes to it within 6 hours of placing it by going to “Contact Us” and sending your request. When it is more than 6 hours after placing an order, Buybyy refuses to support order cancellation or order modification requests.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. Buybyy takes no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us.
